The Role
Management Accountant - Hybrid Working - Career Progression

We are working with a well-established UK-based organisation seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join their finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-performing finance function within a dynamic and collaborative business environment.

The Role
As Management Accountant, you will:

Prepare and submit monthly accounts, including journal preparation and posting.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Maintain control of balance sheets and reconciliations.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
Uphold robust financial controls and compliance with group accounting policies.
Identify opportunities for systems and performance improvements.
Assist with audit requests and liaise with internal stakeholders.
Provide support to the Financial Controller and guidance to ledger teams.
Contribute to process enhancements across the finance department.

The Person
The requirements for Management Accountant role are:

ACCA or CIMA qualified.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a finance role.
Strong IT aptitude, particularly with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working with high volumes of data.
