Description

• Prepare and manage accurate financial reports and budgets.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial compliance.
• Assist in forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Provide support for external audits and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to process improvements within the finance department.

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• Gained relevant experience in a similar Assistant Management Accountant or Management Accountant role
• Desire to pursue further accounting qualifications in ACCA or CIMA.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage priorities.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• Motivated, driven and ambitious to develop in accounts
