Description

Management Accountant duties will include:

• Prepare monthly management accounts with detailed analysis of revenue, costs, and profitability

• Produce insightful P&L reporting across multiple business units

• Work closely with operational teams to monitor performance and control costs

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with strategic goals

• Deliver variance analysis and help drive financial accountability across departments

• Support the financial controller with continuous improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should:

• Be studying a professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Proven experience within the accounting and finance sector.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
