Management Accountant

The ONE Group are excited to be partnering with an ambitious local business that's embarking on an exciting period of growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded Management Accountant to play a key role in shaping the future of the business while overseeing the finances of two of their companies.

In this broad and rewarding role, you'll work closely with the Company Directors, taking ownership of the full accounting function across two sites. No two days will be the same, and you'll have the chance to make a real impact as the business continues to expand.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and enhancing company accounting and financial control processes
• Running end-to-end payroll (weekly and monthly)
• Preparing quarterly VAT returns
• Producing management accounts and reporting packs
• Reconciling bank accounts and statements
• Processing and allocating supplier payments
• Supporting year-end accounts preparation

About you:
We're looking for a hands-on and adaptable accountant, who has exposure to a growing business environment.

What's on offer:

• Salary is up to £55,000 depending on experience.

• Peterborough based.
• A varied role with genuine responsibility and scope to develop as the company grows
• Office-based, Monday to Friday
