Management Accountant

Gleeson are partnering with a long-established business in the manufacturing/FMCG sector, looking to bring a talented Management Accountant into their growing finance function.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a high-impact role with real visibility across the operation, reporting directly to the Head of Finance. Whether you're qualified or part-qualified (CIMA / ACCA), if you bring strong management accounting experience and a commercially curious mindset, we want to hear from you.

The salary offering for this role is between £45,000 - £55,000 depending on expereince and qualifications.

• End-to-end ownership of weekly and monthly financial reporting

• Full P&L oversight, including variance analysis and commentary

• Supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles

• Business partnering across key operational teams

• Presenting financials to non-finance stakeholders, driving clarity and challenge

• Line management of one Assistant Accountant, with scope to develop them

• Supporting the wider SLT with data-driven decision making

• CIMA / ACCA qualified, or working towards

• Proven experience in management accounting within a product-led or fast-paced environment

• Confident communicator with the ability to challenge and influence stakeholders

• Comfortable managing reporting deadlines and tight month-end schedules

• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

• Background in FMCG, manufacturing, or food production

• Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems
