Description

• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions and strategies.
• Work closely with operational teams to drive cost efficiencies and improve profitability.
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports to senior stakeholders.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and recommend actionable solutions.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Ability to undertake Management Accounts
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function.

Profile

A successful Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner should have:

• A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g. AAT, ACCA, CIMA PQ or equivalent).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in using financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
