The Management Accountant will play an integral role in supporting the financial operations of a Financial Services organisation. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong accounting skills to contribute to the success of the Accounting & Finance department.

Description

• Prepare and analyse financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Monitor budgets and forecasts to support decision-making processes.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Review and reconcile accounts to maintain accurate financial records.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Identify and implement process improvements within the finance function.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• ACA/ACCA Qualification ideally from a practice background
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
