About the Role:

Broster Buchanan are partnering with a services business in Bury to recruit a proactive and detail-oriented Management Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity for a finalist or fully qualified accountant to play a key role in supporting business decision-making through accurate financial analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, highlighting variances and trends.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Assist in the preparation of business performance reports for management.
Monitor key financial metrics and provide insightful recommendations.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support.

Requirements:

Finalist or fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent).
Strong understanding of management accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
