Are you currently working in audit or accountancy practice and looking for your first move into industry? This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and commercially minded individual to transition into a hands-on Management Accountant role, where you’ll gain exposure to month-end, analysis, and business partnering.

About the Role
Joining a supportive and growing finance team, you’ll build on your strong technical grounding to develop core management accounting skills. You’ll have the opportunity to broaden your experience beyond statutory reporting and accounts prep, getting closer to the numbers that influence strategic business decisions.

You’ll be involved in:

Preparing monthly management accounts including journals, accruals, and prepayments
Producing financial analysis, identifying trends and variances, and presenting insights to support decision-making
Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities
Preparing balance sheet reconciliations and supporting audit processes
Gaining exposure to transactional finance and wider business operations to strengthen your commercial understanding
Developing leadership capability with one direct reportAbout You
ACA / ACCA / CIMA part-qualified, newly qualified, or finalist
Currently working in audit, accounts prep, or general practice and looking to move into industry
Strong Excel and analytical skills, confident with data and financial systems
Solid technical grounding, with excellent attention to detail and an interest in developing commercial insight
Proactive, curious, and keen to add value, not just report the numbersWhat’s on Offer
