Management Accountant

KCR Solutions are delighted to be partnering with a growing local company to recruit a Management Accountant. The successful candidate will have previous experience within a similar role and be a motivated finance professional looking to develop their management accounting and team leadership skills within a fast-paced manufacturing.
Managing a small team, you will be responsible for delivering timely and accurate financial information to the business. You will provide financial insight that supports operational and commercial decision-making.
Prepare monthly management accounts
Prepare and post journals including accruals, prepayments, depreciation, and stock adjustments
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances
Support monthly reporting of key operational KPIs
Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting
Analyse financial results and provide commentary on performance
Support stock valuation and inventory reconciliation processes
Work closely with operational teams to improve reporting and cost control
Supervise and support two finance team members
Assist with workload planning and process improvement initiatives
Ensure financial controls and company procedures are followed
Assist with year-end audit preparation and external auditor queries
Support continuous improvement projects within the finance function
