£40,000-£45,000

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Management Accountant to join a growing manufacturing business. You'll play a key role in strengthening financial controls, improving product costing, enhancing margin visibility and supporting strategic business decisions while bringing management accounts in-house. The position will also support future system improvements, including a potential move from Sage 50 to Sage 200.

We're looking for someone who has:

Experience in a manufacturing, FMCG or process manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of management accounts, product costing, stock accounting and margin analysis
Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
Experience preparing or contributing to monthly management accounts
The ability to work closely with operational teams and influence commercial decisions
A proactive, hands on approach with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain financial information clearly
ACCA, CIMA or ICAS qualifications (desirable)
