Management Accountant

KCR Solutions are delighted to be recruiting a Management Accountant for an innovative manufacturing business based in North Shields. Your duties will be as follows:

• Assisting with the preparation of month end accounts and supporting reports


• Balance sheet reconciliations, calculation and posting of accruals & prepayments


• Extracting and analysing general ledger data for various internal and external purposes


• Asset recording, depreciation calculation and posting


• Preparing and submitting VAT returns


• Bank transactions and reconciliations


• Supplier BACS payments


• Aged debtors and creditors reviews and reconciliations


• Payroll processing, salary payments and PAYE submissions


• Providing cover for purchase ledger and credit control


• Customs compliance monitoring


• Managing a small team

This is an excellent opportunity for a QBE or part-qualified Accountant who is looking for a hands-on role while working alongside the Financial Controller.
