In line with our growth, we are looking for a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our finance department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing accurate and insightful financial information to support decision-making processes within the organisation. This role will involve analysing financial data, preparing reports, and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities: Provide assistance in producing accurate management accounts for both our UK and US entities, including upholding internal controls, P&L’s Supporting the Finance Manager in adhoc financial analysis to provide value to the Leadership Team Deferred Income reconciliation – financial control/compliance Revenue Recognition Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations Reconciliation of company credit card transactions Full responsibility for the company’s prepayments and accruals schedules – annual invoice, allocating the cost over the year Creation and reconciliation of internal recharges within our business units Administration of the company’s electric car vehicle scheme
Essential Experience Requirements: Early stages of ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification Desire to become a fully qualified accountant Experience in a similar role Strong Excel skills – VLOOKUPs, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables. Attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Desirable Experience: Experience within an SME would be beneficial
