Your Role:

As our Management Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our financial health by providing accurate and timely financial information, conducting in-depth analysis, and offering strategic advice to senior management. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Managing the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Analysing financial data to identify trends and variances, and proposing solutions to improve financial performance.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Working closely with various departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Leading and developing the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Engaging with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally, to build strong relationships and communicate financial strategies effectively.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Management Accountant, ideally within the manufacturing sector.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Exceptional reporting and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Previous experience in team leadership or management, with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, etc.) or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
