Job DescriptionTitle: NetSuite Management Accountant Location: LondonSalary: £45,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience level) plus benefits including study support packagePermanent RoleHybrid working – 2 days per week in the London office (Wednesday & Thursday) 3 days remote.Job AdvertNetSuite Management Accountant is needed to play a key role within this dynamic finance function for this growing brand on a permanent basis.You will work and be coached by the Finance Controller to ensure you can competently run the day-to-day finance operations within this busy environment. This opportunity will enable you to develop both your Management Accountant and NetSuite systems, skill sets to drive efficiencies and process improvements to the overall finance function.This is a dynamic and growing brand with a global presence so there is a big opportunity to grow and be mentored by some of the best in the sector.Key areas of accountabilities / responsibilities• Previous NetSuite systems experience is essential – the opportunity to become the go-to person within the organization on NetSuite.• Management of the WIP and project allocation analysis within NetSuite.• Recommending and implementing better ways of working in relation to NetSuite and core accounting processes.• Balance sheet and timesheet reconciliations – AP, AR, WIP, Prepayments & Fixed Asset Register.• Sales Ledger and purchase ledger management.• Running the weekly payment runs for FC / CFO approval.• Running reports for weekly bank recs & cashflow updates.• Assisting with the month-end close process whilst ensuring that debtors and creditors are kept up to date.• Stakeholders management with internal business, auditors, vendors, and customers.Experience required for this rolePrevious experience as a Management Accountant is required alongside NetSuite super user / administrator level finance systems skills. A proven understanding of month end close and finance operations is needed along with a deep appreciation of how project costing / project allocation works for revenue recognition purposes. An active studier (CIMA, ACCA) or recently qualified accountant will be considered for this position.
