Management Accountant ACCA/CIMA

Holden Jones is proud to be working with a dynamic and fast-growing PE-backed IT business located in the heart of Maidenhead. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious part-qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA) who is eager to progress and make a tangible impact within a commercially focused role.

The Role:
Reporting directly to a seasoned CFO with extensive experience working with private equity investors, you will gain unparalleled exposure to the inner workings of the business and play a key role in financial decision-making. Working as part of a small, close-knit finance team, you will be involved in:
·       Budgeting and cashflow forecasting
·       Revenue recognition and day-to-day accounting
·       Financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
·       Advising sales and project teams through collaborative meetings
This role is ideal for a candidate with 3-5 years of experience who is on track to qualify within the next year or two and is ready to take on greater commercial responsibility.

What We’re Looking For:
·       Part-qualified ACCA or CIMA, with ambition to qualify soon
·       3-5 years of relevant accounting experience
·       A proactive mindset with a strong commercial focus
·       Excellent analytical skills and the ability to provide insightful financial guidance
·       Strong communication and collaboration abilities
