Management Accountant/ Analyst

We're proud to support a leading organisation as they continue to evolve. They're looking to appoint a Qualified Management Accountant on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support their dynamic and forward-thinking finance function.
? Your Role
You'll be joining an established finance team with a genuine focus on collaboration. Working closely with commercial colleagues and senior stakeholders, this role will allow you to combine financial reporting with business partnering, supporting key decision-making through insight and analysis.?? Key Responsibilities

• Produce accurate weekly, monthly & quarterly revenue reporting and analysis
• Administer and manage the Sales Incentive Plan (SIP)
• Lead on ad hoc commercial reporting and financial modelling
• Partner with senior colleagues to provide commentary and challenge around performance
• Support key forecasting, budgeting and revenue projects

?? Who You Are

• Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
• Proven experience in sales/revenue reporting, cost analysis, and financial planning
• Strong communicator with a collaborative and commercially aware mindset
• Advanced Excel skills with exposure to D365 or similar systems
• Self-starter with energy, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous improvement
