Management Accountant - Candidate Generation

A great opportunity for a part-qualified management accountant to build on their month-end reporting experience whilst developing forecasting & budgeting skills.

Our client are a dynamic, fast-paced business that are currently experiencing an exciting period of growth and development within the construction space.

Description

• Capable of working independently and demonstrating proactive thinking.

• Implement new systems, controls, and procedures.

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.

• Oversee bank payment processing.

• Handle bank reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, deferrals, and inter company transactions.

• Lead the annual on-site audit process.

• Prepare quarterly VAT reports, including partial exemption and reverse charge calculations.

• Produce monthly management reports, including graphical presentations and KPI analysis.

• Perform cash flow analysis.

• Develop and manage budgets and forecasts.

• Oversee stock and work-in-progress (WIP).

Profile

• Part-qualified ACCA/CIMA.
• Previous month-end experience.
• Real estate/construction experience desirable.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Ability to work independently when required.
