TalentEdge are currently searching for a talented accountant to join an exciting AI startup based in London. This position offers a unique opportunity to support the financial reporting and technical accounting functions within a dynamic and rapidly growing tech company.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Supporting the technical accounting function, providing guidance on complex accounting issues such as revenue recognition and stock-based compensation.
• Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial service providers.

Qualifications:

• Fully qualified accountant with extensive experience in financial reporting and technical accounting.
• Previous experience working in a scaling tech company or startup environment is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
