Talentedge are partnering with a CleanTech Startup on the hiring of a newly created Management Accountant vacancy.

Having placed the Head of Finance into the team last year, we are supporting with building out the team with this second finance hire in an early stage business which is scaling rapidly and has significant growth plans.

Key responsibilities to include but not limited to:

• Month end and management accounts.
• Day to day finance.
• Cross departmental business partnering, working closely with teams including engineering.
• Project management.
• Supporting key, business critical projects.
• Technical accounting support and supporting financial reporting.
• Process improvements.
• Stakeholder engagement.

Profile:

• Qualified accountant.
• Open to either: Audit trained (Top-10 practice) looking for their first move into industry or Newly qualified accountant working in-house for a Tech or project based business.
• Mathematical and data driven in approach, with a good grasp of Excel.
• Effective communicator, comfortable working with teams across the business.
• Interest in the CleanTech space, scientific based degree would be a bonus.
