The Company

Axon Moore is exclusively partnering with a market leading entertainment business in Central Manchester. Due to continued growth they require a strong ACCA/CIMA PQ to manage and report on costs, ensuring accurate financial outputs.

Salary – £40,000 - £45,000

Location – Central Manchester

Hybrid – 3 days in 2 working from home.

Responsibilities will include:

Manage and oversee cost accounting processes, including the preparation of cost-related month-end journals and reporting, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company policies.
Support the completion of month end cost processes and the timely delivery of month-end outputs.
Provide cost analysis and financial insights for month end reporting and to the Commercial Finance team as needed.
Assist the Senior Financial Accountant with ad-hoc financial analysis, reporting tasks, and cost-related projects. Provide strategic recommendations and operational support as required.
Contribute to the identification and implementation of improvements in cost reporting, accounting processes, and system automation.

Person Specification:

Advanced Excel skills.
ACCA/CIMA Part Qualified.
Extensive experience in financial reconciliations and management reporting
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights to stakeholders.
