Description

• Prepare, review, and analyse financial statements in accordance with local and international accounting standards.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee VAT and tax filings, ensuring timely submissions and adherence to regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial reporting processes.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
• Maintain and update financial records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial legislation and company policies.

Profile

A successful European Accountant should have:

• CIMA / ACCA Studier
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems.
• Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Understanding of European accounting regulations and tax laws. (Beneficial)
• Knowledge of GAAP
