Management Accountant Hospitality

Your new role
As the Management Accountant, you'll be a key player in driving financial insight and supporting strategic decision-making. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing monthly management accounts and variance analysis
- Ownership of the P&L and balance sheet reconciliations
- Supporting the month-end close process
- Cash flow forecasting and bank reconciliations
- Identifying and implementing process improvements
- Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
- Partnering with department heads to provide financial guidance

What you'll need to succeed
- Fully qualified (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA)
- Strong understanding of UK GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in retail, wellness, or consumer goods is a plus, but not essential
