Management Accountant Hybrid Working

This is a great opportunity for you to gain exposure to budget holders, senior management and collaborate closely with the Head of Finance and CFO.

The Role

* Responsible for the end-to-end P&L and associated monthly reporting, ensuring the
timely and accurate provision of information to aid business decision making.
* Undertake a month-end process, ensuring the data used is consistent and accurate on
time to deadline.
* Review and analyse monthly results, providing explanations for variances.
* Work closely with budget holders, head of departments and the wider business
providing meaningful insights.
* Budgeting, forecasting and analysis
* Recommend continuous improvements to enhance the efficiency and /or effectiveness of
processes while maintaining accurate and complete outputs.

The Candidate

* ACCA/ACA/CIMA Qualified or Finalist.
* 3-5-year progressive finance experience with the ambition to develop further.
* Excellent stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to build business relationships quickly and effectively.
