Management Accountant - Immediate Start

Overview

Thanks to year-on-year growth, we're delighted tobe searching for a Management Accountant on a short notice to join our friendly, fast-growing Manufacturing business based flexibly in the city. This is a key role, acting as spearhead between the finance function and operational leadership, helping to guide the wider financial strategy while staying close to the day-to-day numbers.

No two days are the same, and this role offers brilliant exposure across the full finance function. You'll take the lead on producing Management Accounts, budgeting and forecasting, support commercial decision-making, and use big data for insights. We're ideally looking for someone who is immediately available, close to qualification, to step into a role where they can make a real impact from day one.

Skills Needed

• A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a desire to grow with the business.

• Strong skills in preparing full Management Accounts packs, with confidence in cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

• Great communication skills, as you'll be working closely with non-finance teams, so clarity and confidence are key.

• Finalist or newly qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA), with immediate availability strongly preferred.
