Harmonic are delighted to be working exclusively with one of London's most exciting creative agencies as they look to hire a talented Management Accountant to join their collaborative and high-performing finance function.

The Business:

Our client is a fast-growing, award-winning creative agency working at the intersection of culture, content, and brand activation. With a headcount of around 100 and annual revenues of £20m, they've built a reputation for delivering bold, strategic campaigns for global names in music, sport, fashion, and tech.

The agency has a dynamic, down-to-earth culture and is passionate about fostering creativity and innovation, both in how they work and the experiences they create for clients. Their office in central London is a hub of energy and collaboration, and they support hybrid working with 2-3 days from home.

The Role:

This is a newly created role, reporting directly into the Finance Director. The Management Accountant will play a crucial role in supporting month-end reporting, providing commercial insight, and helping the agency maintain its growth trajectory.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone part-qualified (or newly qualified) who wants to get stuck into the creative sector and work closely with non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
* Full ownership of the month-end process including P&L and balance sheet reconciliations
* Preparing monthly management accounts with commentary
* Business partnering with department heads to monitor budgets and spend
* Supporting forecasting and budgeting processes
* Variance analysis and financial reporting for leadership
* Helping to improve financial systems and controls as the business scales
* Assisting with year-end audit and liaising with external accountants

What We're Looking For:
* Part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with study support provided
* Experience in a similar role working in agencies or media
* Strong Excel skills and good working knowledge of finance systems
* Confident communicator, comfortable working with creatives and non-finance stakeholders
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

Salary & Benefits:
* £50,000 - £55,000 base salary
* Full study support package (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
