Our client, an established accountancy firm in Leatherhead is seeking a confident and experienced Management Accountant to join its Business Services team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a varied and dynamic client base across exciting sectors - from technology and luxury retail to motorsport and the arts.

The Role

Joining a collaborative and client-focused team, you'll be responsible for delivering management and statutory accounting services to a diverse portfolio of UK and international clients. Key duties include:

Preparation of management accounts for UK and multinational entities

Statutory accounts preparation for limited companies, LLPs, partnerships, and sole traders

Multi-currency accounting and cash flow reporting

VAT return preparation and submission

Use of Excel and reporting tools for financial analysis

Providing accounting support and guidance directly to clients

About You

You will be detail-oriented, commercially aware, and confident in working to deadlines while maintaining strong relationships. The ideal candidate will have:

Experience in management accounting within an accountancy practice

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong Excel proficiency

A collaborative and proactive approach

Professionalism and commitment to high-quality client service
