Are you a Management Accountant with experience in manufacturing or an SME environment? Do you want a role where you'll have ownership, variety and direct impact on business performance?

On offer is the opportunity to join one of the largest manufactures in the packaging sector, who are expanding following major contract wins. They are now seeking a hands-on Management Accountant to join their Sedgefield site, reporting directly to the Group Finance Director.

This role would suit a Management Accountant with a CIMA or AAT qualification, looking to join a company who are providing a Monday to Friday (9am- 5pm) stable role with the potential of progression.

The Role:

Full ownership of monthly management accounts (P&L & Balance Sheet)

Lead month-end stock counts & valuations

Reconcile stock movements, supplier accounts and balance sheet schedules

Provide cost and variance analysis to support decision-making

Manage journals, fixed assets, VAT returns and payroll reporting

The Person:

Qualified AAT or CIMA

Experience in manufacturing / SME finance desirable
