PQ Management Accountant

Full Time Hours
Wetherby - Office based initially, but hybrid work is available.
Salary - up to £47,000

What you'll be doing

Reporting into the Finance Leadership Team, you'll take ownership of delivering accurate reporting, meaningful analysis, and operational support across the site.
Monthly management accounts including P&L and balance sheet
Insightful financial analysis to support strategic and operational decisions
Budgeting & forecasting across multiple departments
Variance analysis and performance monitoring
Cost‑control initiatives and continuous improvement projects
Stock & inventory support, including counts, valuation, and reconciliation
Internal controls & audit compliance
Business partnering with operational managers to improve performance
Identifying process and systems improvements to enhance efficiency
What you'll bring

Part‑qualified ACCA / CIMA / ACA / CPA
Experience within a manufacturing environment
Strong background producing monthly accounts to tight deadlines
Confident with ERP systems and advanced Excel
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
Highly organised, analytical, and commercially aware
A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
Collaborative, approachable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
