Management Accountant Retail

I am supporting a prominent wholesale food retailer, regarded for their high quality, who is seeking a Management Accountant to expand their finance team! This role offers an exciting blend of management accounting, financial reporting and commercial/FP&A duties such as budgeting & forecasting and supporting business decisions. You'll play a large role in assisting with the company's growth and success. This role offers significant growth potential!

Your new role
Reporting to the FC, you will be responsible for:

• Producing monthly management account packs
• Managing and reconciling the Profit and Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
• Cash flow management
• Provide analysis, insight and informative reporting to support and influence business decisions
• Cost analysis, monitoring COGs & stock
• Assisting with the budgeting and forecasting
• Coordinate year-end audit requests and assist to prepare statutory accounts
• VAT
• Systems improvement
• Ad hoc finance projects and analysis

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will be a Qualified Finance Professional who has experience within the Food & Beverage, Retail or Product-Led sectors.
