Our client is an established and successful business based in Seaham. They are looking for a Management Accountant/Financial Controller to join their team on a temporary basis. If you meet the person specification for the role, please apply below.

The Job you will be Doing

• Supporting the company through the transition to a new accounting software package
• Working together with the Finance Director and Head of Systems to test and ensure computability with the integrations they currently have into the new finance package
• Ensuring the new system gives the MI that they currently have access to
• Looking at where efficiencies can be gained by working smarter in the new system
• Working on a project around efficiencies and probability of clients, and labour utilisation

About You

• Previous experience in a Management Accountant or Financial Controller role
• Happy to work on a project based role
• Sound knowledge of accounting software
• Experience of project work is desirable
• Experience using Workday system is desirable
