Flexible working

Our operational model combines office and remote work, with a standard pattern of three days per week in the office / client site, and two days working from home. We trust our teams to make decisions about how best to build working relationships and collaborate.

As an international company with global clients, we look for flexibility to travel. This could be weekly travel, two-to-three-week trips, or months at a time. What you’ll be doing:

Efficio's Managers/ Senior Managers play a pivotal role in leading and shaping our client engagements. You'll set strategic directions, collaborate closely with consultants and team members, and ensure alignment across all project workstreams while maintaining a comprehensive understanding of each detail.

As a Manager/ Senior Manager, you'll excel in building strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, fostering trust in our solutions, and identifying new business development opportunities within and beyond the current engagement.

Internally, you'll inspire and empower your team, championing a collaborative and supportive environment where every voice is valued. You'll mentor junior team members, guiding their growth and development while challenging ideas and fostering strategic thinking.

Essential Requirements We’d love to hear about any additional skills or experiences you bring to the table. We’re particularly interested in:

· Prior consulting experience and functional knowledge within strategic sourcing, procurement transformation and supply chain

· Project management and people management experience

· Fluency in Arabic or a European language (in addition to English)

· Consulting experience within procurement and/or supply chain

· A strong academic background
