Sheridan Maine is looking for a proactive and experienced Audit and Accounts Manager to join a leading accountancy practice in West London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking variety, responsibility, and the chance to lead client engagements across a diverse portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage a mixed portfolio of audit and accounts clients.
-Plan, lead, and finalise audit assignments.
-Review statutory accounts prepared under UK GAAP.
-Supervise, mentor, and train junior team members.
-Manage client relationships and handle technical queries.
-Ensure work is completed to high standards and deadlines are met.
-Contribute to business development and firm growth.
-Liaise with partners on strategic client and practice matters.

Requirements:
-ACA or ACCA qualified.
-Minimum of 5 years’ experience in practice, including audit.
-Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and audit standards.
-Proven experience managing staff and client relationships.
-Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
-Good working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., CCH, CaseWare, Xero).
