Hours- 10am-18.00pm - Monday -Friday

Reed in Colchester are delighted to be supporting our client, seeking a Restaurant Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional results and leading a high-performing team. As the Manager, you will be responsible for driving the restaurants’ performance across various metrics including turnover, labour efficiency, wastage control, service timings, and enhancing Google ratings. This role is pivotal in not only maximising sales but also boosting performance through delivery aggregators.

In this role, you will:

• Drive the achievement of store targets through meticulous management and strategic planning
• Enhance customer satisfaction and restaurant reputation by ensuring service excellence
• Manage comprehensive store operations, including stock ordering, store presentation, and adherence to health and safety standards

As a leader, you will:

• Foster a positive and productive work environment for all staff members
• Lead recruitment efforts, staff training, and development to ensure a high-performing team
• Maintain rigorous control of all store operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes
