Our company is looking for the Events & Functions Manager to work closely with Matchday Hospitality Manager to prepare for evening events following matchdays.The RoleThe Events & Functions Manager will be responsible for procedures, bookings, and staffing across all sites. Candidate must be able to lead and work within a team.Aside from being the main point of contact for bookings, you will be responsible for organising each booking, ensuring that each venue complies with the booking standard. Working with other managers, staff, and our chefs, this role will ensure that every booking is catered to and that each package is allocated and set up for the bookings. In order to maintain our high level of product and service, we monitor, direct, and train staff as needed.Applicants for this position should be driven, have an eye for detail, and be able to communicate clearly and concisely with other staff members, although previous experience is not required.This position will be based within Hamilton Academical Football Club and be responsible for all stadium bookings and staff.
