We are working with a leading professional services firm that supports clients within the music and entertainment sector. They are seeking an experienced AccountsManager to join their Creative Division.

This role is perfect for an ACA or ACCA qualified professional who thrives in a client-facing position, has strong technical knowledge, and enjoys acting as an extension of a client's financial team. You'll play a pivotal role in managing compliance, delivering high-quality advice, and building strong, trusted relationships.

What you will be doing as an Accounts Manager

• Develop an understanding of the broader picture of clients' affairs and proactively identify solutions.
• Advise on a wide range of financial matters, both corporate and personal.
• Deliver commercially focused, well-thought-through advice in conjunction with Partners and other advisers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their internal/external teams.
• Oversee general compliance deadlines, liaising closely with clients and internal teams.
• Work collaboratively across departments to ensure seamless delivery of work.
• Manage, guide, and support junior team members.

What you will need to succeed as an Accounts Manager

• ACA or ACCA qualified with solid practice experience.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in accountancy/audit, ideally with international tax exposure.
• Strong knowledge of FRS 102/FRS 105 standards.
• Proficient with cloud bookkeeping software (QuickBooks, Xero).
• Background in music and entertainment highly desirable.
• A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
• Able to manage workloads effectively and thrive in a collaborative environment.
