What you’ll do • Shape and deliver the UK early careers branding and attraction strategy, with exposure to EMEA/global initiatives
• Lead employer brand campaigns, social media, and campus engagement to drive high-quality applications
• Manage agency partnerships, budgets, and campaign performance
• Build relationships with target universities, societies, and diversity partners
• Deliver standout candidate engagement (“keep warm”) strategies
• Use data and insights to optimise attraction performance and ROI
• Line manage and develop a small team

What we’re looking for • Strong experience in early careers recruitment, employer branding, or campus marketing
• Proven stakeholder and agency management skills
• Deep understanding of the UK university landscape
• Data-driven mindset with excellent project management and communication skills
