What You’ll Do


As Marketing Manager, International GTM - EMEA LATAM 2K, you will be a critical team player contributing to the planning, execution and project management of the EMEA LATAM GTM plan. You will deliver best in class marketing plans for one of the world's most iconic sports gaming franchises. This role is best suited to a self-driven, collaborative and tenacious marketer with a passion for representing and advocating for the needs of our international player base. You'll work closely with a diverse team in a fast paced environment  to drive the GTM efforts for the EMEA LATAM Markets to long term commercial success.


 


Key Responsibilities


Manage the delivery of best in class planning, strategy and execution for EMEA LATAM




  • Partner with International GTM counterparts, agencies and internal shared services to manage end to end strategic, planning and executional excellence for EMEA LATAM.




  • Collaborate with various cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Creative, Player Connections, Influencer, PR and Global Marketing teams, as well as external agencies and partners.




  • Help track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure campaigns stay on schedule.




International GTM advocacy and strategic support




  • Support the senior manager in fostering a deepened relationship across the NBA 2K marketing organisation with Product Marketing, Paid Influencer and Community & Creator pillar leads.




Assist with Project Management & Process




  • Work with the International GTM  team to identify and document process improvements to enhance efficiency and clarity.




Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration




  • Serve as a central point of contact for the International GTM team, helping to ensure consistent alignment and clear communication between all timezones within the team.




  • Support the team in preparing materials for key meetings and presentations, keeping stakeholders informed on campaign progress.




Execute Business Operations & Event Production




  • Manage key operational processes including budget tracking, purchase orders and vendor onboarding.




  • Assist in planning and delivering events of all scales handling logistics, timelines, vendor coordination, and on-the-ground support to bring experiences to life seamlessly.
