Job Description - Manager - Resilience & Third Party

?? We are looking for an experienced and proactive Manager to join a growing advisory practice - this will be supporting clients across the specialty insurance sector ??

Key Responsibilities

Lead client engagements focused on operational resilience and third party risk management across the insurance and reinsurance market.
Conduct gap analyses, maturity assessments, and control testing aligned to relevant regulations (e.g., PRA/FCA, DORA).
Support the design and implementation of frameworks covering impact tolerances, important business services, scenario testing, and third party risk controls.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions with client teams and senior stakeholders.
Manage project delivery, resource planning, and quality assurance across multiple assignments.
Provide subject matter input on resilience strategy, governance, regulatory compliance, and supplier risk oversight.
Contribute to business development efforts, proposals, and client pitches.
Support internal development of methodologies, tools, and market insight within the resilience and third party risk space.
