Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Manager, Talent Sourcing, Enterprise Functions in Wokingham, United Kingdom. This position may require up to 10% travel.

An internal pre-identified candidate for consideration has been identified. However, all applications will be considered.

The Manager, Talent Sourcing, Enterprise Functions, will lead a global team of Sourcing Partners and Leads in the design & delivery of global sourcing strategies in support of critical talent segments across the J&J enterprise. This leader will develop strategies in partnership with Enterprise Functions and Tech Ops & Risk Talent Acquisition Leadership in support of critical talent pillars across professional and executive hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Talent Sourcing Leads and Partners delivering exceptional external talent by utilizing multiple sourcing channels & methods, including business intelligence, internal and external networks, professional organizations, social media, branding initiatives, and technology tools in support of strategic business objectives.

  • Directly manage select confidential and/or executive-level sourcing projects

  • Build trusted relationships with Talent Acquisition Leaders and business stakeholders through transparent, informed communication and meaningful external talent market data.

  • Develop and execute on strategic, customized talent sourcing plans to fill open requisitions and build proactive talent pipelines.

  • Manage and motivate Talent Sourcing team members to achieve and exceed goals through ongoing and detailed performance coaching.

Basic Qualifications

Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.

Experience and Skills

Required:

  • A minimum of 8 years of Talent Acquisition or related experience, including experience in a talent sourcing capability

  • Strong communication and influencing skills

  • Demonstrated history of partnering with and presenting to senior business leaders

  • Expertise analyzing and presenting recruiting data to drive data-based decisions for key business partners

  • Strong project management, analytical and critical thinking skills

  • Ability to develop customized insights and strategies using multiple sources of internal and/or external data

  • Learning agility, curiosity, and drive to uncover information and insights

  • Knowledge of HR systems and applications (e.g. Workday, LinkedIn, SeekOut, etc.)

Preferred:

  • Global leadership experience

  • Experience leading and developing a team with a strong focus on team engagement and individual performance
