Within this role you will advise on a wide range of corporate transactions including private and public mergers and acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, intra-group restructurings, cross-border transactions and a variety of strategic and regulatory driven projects. The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified solicitor (UK qualification) with 5+ years of PQE.
• You will have good organisational skills.
• You will have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
• Excellent client relationship skills and experience in business development.
