What We're Looking For:

? Minimum 12 months' experience in education recruitment (primary, secondary, SEND, or nursery)
? Strong 360° recruitment skills with a proven billing track record
? Previous experience managing or mentoring consultants - or ready to take the step up
? Commercial mindset and drive to develop business in a competitive market
? Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential for school visits)
? Passionate about education and making a difference in schools and communities

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and support a

small team of consultants
* Manage your own warm desk - placing education professionals across Kent
* Build and maintain strong school and candidate relationships
* Drive business development and team performance targets
* Conduct school visits, interviews, and client meetings regularly
* Promote a collaborative, results-driven culture

Working Hours:

?? Monday-Thursday: 7:00am - 4:30pm
?? Friday: 7:00am - 4:00pm
? Hybrid working - 2 to 3 days from home
? Reduced hours during school holidays
