The impact you'll make
You'll lead the business end-to-end, setting the strategic agenda and ensuring operational excellence across all core functions, including commercial, technical, marketing, finance, and supply chain.
Your focus will be to:

Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion
Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing executive leadership team

Ensure strong financial governance, reporting, and operational discipline

About you
You're a strategically minded, commercially astute leader with a strong track record of growing and transforming businesses in technical or product-led environments.
You are likely to bring:

Proven experience in executive-level P&L leadership
A track record of scaling businesses and delivering sustainable profitability
Broad operational expertise across commercial, technical, marketing, and supply chain functions
The ability to lead through growth, transformation, and complexity
Strong communication skills with the credibility to influence stakeholders globally
Fluency in Mandarin, enabling effective collaboration with international stakeholdersAbove all, you combine strategic vision with hands-on leadership, and thrive in environments where pace, ambition, and accountability matter.
