The Short Version
Title- Managing Director- CFO Practice
Base- £110,000-£140,000 - £300,000+ Package
Comms- 45% Personal, 5% Team Bonus + LTIP
LTIP- 8% YoY accumulated for 5 years

The Business
The client is a Specialist Market Figurehead, renowned for their presence in Tax and ARC, looking to increase their market share in CFO & CFO-1 placements. Having scaled to 80 Heads internationally, they are looking to bring in a powerhouse to spearhead their Core Finance development.

With Multiple £1,000,000+ billers in the team, this is a high-performing environment currently going through rampant growth, hiring is incredibly important here and it needs to be done right.

Around for over 20 years, this business is truly entrenched within the UK, EU & APAC markets, having recently expanded to the US, the development of the CFO desk is entirely uncapped.

They are PE Backed, Currently in Phase 2 of a 5 Year cycle, having already made multiple millionaires .

Your Brief

Day 1-30: meet the Team, assert yourself into the culture
Day 31-90: Build relationships with clients, plan the strategic growth of the division
Day 90+: Continue re-evaluating desk strategy, hire within & continue Growth

This is not a role that will be measure on the short term, but the long term growth, this is about gaining market share in a tight space, then remaining a 'fixed point'

The plan is to have an autonomous division that executes circa £2.5-£3m within their next cycle.
That would equate to circa £300,000

in one bonus!
