Managing Principal Manufacturing Vertical

My client a global cybersecurity business are seeking a Managing Principal (Manufacturing Vertical) to work both at a strategic and operational level, to be the bridge between the business and specialist delivery teams. You will have strong and demonstable experience of working with Maufacturing clients leveraging an established network.

My client is an expert cybersecurity business providing managed security and threat detection / response services to a global client base.

As Managing Principal (Manufacturing Vertical) reporting to the UK Managing Director (whilst having a close working relationship with the Chief Architect) your deliverables will include:

*Achieve a revenue as well as an average gross margin target for your stream
*Build a future proof virtual team for your domain, which has the skills and certifications required by the market
*Be seen as a trusted advisor for your clients' (these will typically be C-suite contacts)
*Drive the business development of end-to-end cyber programmes in conjunction with sales and consulting teams
*Meet an average billable utilisation target
*Be a thought leader in your domain through continuous education
*Foster strong relationships with partners

A key requirment of the role is to understand and transfer the technical aspects of cybersecurity, but also hold the required business / financial acumen to partner sucussfully with the internal sales, delivery and finance teams

UK travel to London/Kent offices and client sites expected

The most desirable Managing Principal (Manufacturing Vertical) applicant will:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information security. cybersecurity, engineering or a related (business) field is highly preferred
• Strong experience of working in the Maufacturing sector leveraging an established network
• Demonstrable experience of engaging with C-Suite executives
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in information security
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications (Certification in CISM or CSSP is highly preferred)
• Familiarity with digital marketing and experience in developing GTM strategies, creating value propositions based on client needs.
• Strong business development skills possibly from a career with a professional consulting firm

Basic Salary £100k-£120k (OTE £150k) plus benefits
