Managing Recruitment Consultant – HR & Business Support

Permanent People have been engaged to recruit for a rare, warm desk which represents an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional, to be based in the Cardiff office.

The Opportunity
The successful candidate will inherit a very established permanent desk, which has a focus across South Wales and the South West.
Over the years and currently, this desk has billed to a high level, and included excellent relationships within the HR and Business Support sector.
Our client are looking to hire a high-quality recruiter, to take over this fantastic desk, and continue its growth.
There is incoming business on a daily basis, and the growth has come through focused business development – this will also be key to its continued success – and develop through work already done over the years.

Also, there will be future management opportunities within the business, as the plan for this role is to progress within the company.

Experienced Needed
We will look to speak with people who can demonstrate a strong billing track record on a permanent desk, and within a professional services sector. This could include HR, business support, accountancy & finance or legal recruitment.
Ideally, you will have 3+ years of experience in running a permanent desk.
Key will be someone who can leverage existing relationships, whilst also building strong new/developed clients through quality account management and sales.
A professional, commercial mind is needed, as is the ability to mentor consultants within the team.
