M&A Associate

We are working with a boutique corporate finance firm founded in 2014, specialising in board advisory, fundraising, and M&A for ambitious, founder-led businesses in the marcoms and tech sectors. They are young, energetic, and entrepreneurial and are looking for someone who is too.
? The Role
As an Associate, you'll work closely with their partners across multiple high-impact engagements. This is a unique opportunity to fast-track your career and eventually lead their core M&A team.

You will:

• Project manage complex M&A transactions
• Conduct high-quality financial and commercial analysis
• Prepare buyer lists, teasers, and confidential information memoranda
• Evaluate offers and support clients through due diligence
• Coordinate with legal, tax, and other advisers
• Build financial models and perform valuations

? What We're Looking For

• Experience in marketing services and/or technology sectors
• Project managing sell side mandates (compulsory)
• Proven track record managing deals and meeting deadlines
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a self-starter attitude
• Comfortable working in a small, ambitious team
