M&A Due Diligence Paralegal - Remote Working

A global law firm have set up an alternative legal service company focussing on harnessing technology to drive innovation to further support its clients.

They are looking for paralegals who want a move away from front line fee earning that provides a better work/life balance. This role is an entirely remote working arrangement.

This role will utilise a combination of factors to create efficient, high quality legal services and products to support the firm and its clients.

This is an outstanding opportunity for paralegals who are looking for an alternative career path, but want to be involved in important client matters and help to drive innovation.

This role is also fully remote, however applicants must be located in the UK.
