A leading US Investment Bank is looking to add an Investment Banking Senior Analyst or Junior Associate into their Healthcare team in London.

This a well-established team that is ambitiously growing its platform thanks to an enviable pipeline across the healthcare space.

Responsibilities:

- Play a key role in the execution and origination of high-profile M&A transactions across the Healthcare Verticals

- Prepare financial models, valuation analyses, pitch books, and client presentations

- Support senior bankers in the origination and execution of transactions

- Conduct in-depth industry, company, and market research to support strategic insights

- Engage directly with clients, investors, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

- 3+ years of full-time experience in M&A from a reputable Investment Bank

- Healthcare sector interest would be ideal

- Strong technical skills, including financial modeling and valuation (DCF, LBO, Comps, etc.)

- Exceptional academic background from a top-tier university or business school

- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a demanding and intellectually rigorous environment

- Candidates from an Equity Research background would also be considered
