You will work closely with the Partner, contributing significantly to the continued growth and success of their Transactions Tax services. What's Involved?

• Manage M&A Tax Projects: Oversee mergers and acquisitions tax projects in line with our firm's procedures and client agreements, including managing costs and billing processes.
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing relationships, and addressing client and internal team inquiries promptly.
• Lead Due Diligence: Direct due diligence efforts on corporate tax matters, coordinating with various specialist teams to deliver comprehensive tax due diligence reports.
• Tax Structuring Advice: Provide strategic tax structuring advice before and after transactions to deliver tax-efficient solutions to clients.
• Business Development: Assist in the preparation of proposals and participate in presentations to prospective clients, with a focus on expanding business in the private equity sector.
• Technical Expertise: Maintain a high level of technical proficiency by engaging in continuous professional development through reading, coursework, and fulfilling CPD requirements.
• People Management: Act as a mentor and coach for junior staff, guiding them through training and career development, and providing regular feedback and evaluations.
• Internal and External Profile Building: Enhance personal and professional visibility by attending networking events, writing articles, delivering presentations, and hosting technical sessions.
